Be happy again with Feel Free!
I’m Mohit, a professional biker, traveler, and auto enthusiast with a deep passion for exploring both the world and the mind. While I was preparing for officer-level examinations for the Government of India, my life took an unexpected turn. I was suddenly gripped by severe anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges—seemingly out of nowhere.
In search of answers, I visited countless doctors, but each consultation left me more hopeless. They all echoed the same grim message: “You’ll need medication for the next 3 to 4 years, if not for life.” The thought of being tied to pills indefinitely only plunged me deeper into despair.
But I refused to accept that this was my fate. Instead of surrendering, I embarked on an intense journey of self-recovery. I tried everything—mindfulness, lifestyle changes, and countless other strategies—fighting every day to reclaim my life. And with unwavering determination and what I believe was divine grace, I did the unimaginable: I fully recovered in just 7 to 8 months. Even the psychiatrist who initially prescribed the long-term medication was astonished and ended my treatment early.
This journey transformed me, and I knew I had to share my story. I took to social media, hoping to connect with others who felt as lost as I once did. To my amazement, thousands of people reached out, and many of them, through my guidance, have since found their way back to a happy, fulfilling life.
If you’re struggling and feel like you’ve run out of options, I’m here to tell you that there is hope. I’ve walked this path, and I’m ready to walk it with you. Let’s connect and work together towards your brighter future.
Sometimes it starts with just a small, nagging thought — something so trivial that it almost seems ridiculous. But then it spirals. My heart starts racing, my hands tremble, and suddenly, I can’t breathe. “What’s happening? Am I dying?” It’s a question I’ve asked myself more times than I can count.
Anxiety isn’t just a feeling. It’s a physical storm inside your body. For me, it’s not just the racing heartbeat or the muscle tension. It’s the overwhelming fear that strikes at the most unexpected times. I can’t even look at elderly people without feeling a wave of terror. Will I live that long? Will I ever make it that far? And when I see beggars or disabled people, my mind starts racing again. At least they have the rest of their life ahead of them — but what about me? What if I don’t? These thoughts, they circle endlessly.
The fear doesn’t stop there. I couldn’t lock my bathroom door during my Anxiety. Every time I stepped inside, I wondered, “What if I pass out in here? What if I have a heart attack and no one knows?” That thought haunted me every single day, so I left the door unlocked, just in case. I even removed the lock from my bedroom door. It felt like the only way to stay safe, as if somehow leaving the doors unlocked would stop the worst from happening.
It didn’t end there. I also removed the lock from my phone. In my mind, I imagined the worst-case scenario: what if something happened to me and someone needed to contact my family? How would they unlock my phone to make that call? This is what anxiety does — it fills your life with “what ifs,” leaving you feeling like you have to control every possible outcome, even the ones that seem absurd.
I can’t escape the constant worry about my family either. What happens to them if I’m gone? I’m their only child. I haven’t even done anything meaningful for them yet. These thoughts consume me, especially late at night when I’m trying to sleep. And that’s another thing — I can’t sleep. Anxiety makes sure of that. Sometimes I lie awake for hours, my mind racing, my chest tight, imagining the worst.
The symptoms never stop. They morph and change, sometimes it’s chest pain, sometimes it’s nausea, sometimes it’s headaches, muscle tension, or joint pain. I feel dizzy, detached, like I’m floating outside my own body, watching everything fall apart. And yet, it’s all happening inside me.
If any of this sounds familiar to you, then you’re not alone. I’ve been there. But here’s what I’ve learned: you don’t have to face it alone.
That’s why I started my personal guidance program — to help people like you. People who are tired of feeling like they’re losing control. People who are searching for answers, just like I was. I’ve been through the worst of it, and now I want to share the tools, strategies, and insights that helped me take back control of my life.
My journey wasn’t easy, but it’s one I’m proud of. And now, I want to walk that journey with you. Whether it’s learning how to manage the physical symptoms, finding ways to calm your racing mind, or just having someone who understands what you’re going through, I’m here to help.
You don’t have to let anxiety control your life. Let’s work together to find a path forward, to reclaim your peace, and to take back your life, one step at a time.
